Trying again; what can I say? There's nothing for it but to pick oneself up, dust oneself off, start over. I have been getting back on track with the walking; that is a habit I really value, and I miss it when I am not doing it, though at the moment it may seem a savings of time.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
