I weighed in this morning and had a 4 lb. loss. I am really happy. I didn't know how I would do this week as I was sick for most of it with a chest cold so didn't get in as much exercise. I kept stepping on the scale to make sure it was right this morning and then kept thinking "what if the scale is wrong and it catches up with me next week?" lol My goal is at least 3 lbs this week. It will put me down in the 330's. A number I haven't seen in over 8 years.

Way to go. We can do anything we put our minds to as long as we do it with a reasonable approach. Make a plan and stick to it. If you don't stick to it, tomorrow is a new day. Not only can you do this, you WILL do this. You rule your body - not the other way around.
