Finally, the scale has brought me much joy today. I finally broke through to the other side of the 200lb. mark. My next mini goal will be to get below 184.9lbs before my doctor appointment on May 11th. That will mark the 2/3 of the way to my goal. I can do this, it's only 12.9 lbs.
