Hit snooze once this morning, and finally got up at 5:30am. Got the workout in - Chest and Back with 5lb weights, not so hard bands, and 12 reps. Intensity about a 7. Not perfect, but it's a start. Ab Ripper X - 12 reps = had to modify some of the moves, just been too long. Hubby opted for a shower instead of ARX.

No grazing after 8pm
Herbal Cleanse (Advocare) started.

Already eaten my Advocare raw bar...apple snack remaining.
