Weekend of no eating after 8pm did okay. Last night was really, really close to not eating. But ate up until 8pm. Workout done on Saturday. REst day Sunday. Still did about 1 hour or so of shopping and climbed up/down stairs in church. Up and got the majority of the arms and shoulders workout in -- ran out of time to do ARX - will do when I walk in the door.

Uncle had a stroke overnight -- spouse to my aunt who passed on the 8th. He has been admitted to hospital for tests.

Four-wheeling with my mom yesterday. fun stuff

We find out the tx plan for hubby's knee today.

Remember the friend that had all the drama? We are borderline communicating again. I know to keep the drama at bay....I don't need any more! :)
