Wow, what a lovely surprise! I have been going through some very stressful days and haven't gone on one of my hikes in 2 weeks. I reluctantly got on the scale and couldn't believe I lost some weight. I'm hoping this is a fresh new day to begin again and get back to some healthy eating and much needed exercise. K.
