Alright, since this is the third time in a week that I've been in the 131s, I guess it's here to stay. This weekend will be the true test. I always mess up on the weekends, whether it be fast food or beer, the weekends always seem to undo my week, where I'm starting back where I was the Monday before. I am determined to not allow that to happen. I will make good decisions this weekend and weather providing, I will get outside and go for another walk.

I went for a walk on Monday and it was spectacular. I missed being outside and just walking and getting fresh air. I know that as soon as I get outside the weight will melt away, which is what I am hoping for. Once I hit and maintain my goal on here (130) for a while I'm hoping that I'll see a big change in my body. I just have some problem areas, like a flabby stomach, well, really that's just it. My legs and arms are toned. It's just my stomach. My butt is toned. My stomach just hangs there. It's not an "extra skin" problem, it's just an "Allison hates doing crunches and planks" problem.

I will concentrate on my stomach as soon as I hit my second goal. I hoping I am able to dip a little lower than 130 before April 22. I know I will be eating rich and heavy food the entire time we are there. I don't want to come back after just four days and be back at 134. I know that we are definitely eating at this high end steak house while we are there, with NOTHING good for you. I'll just get a steak and eat what I can, the point is to enjoy your food and not just stuff yourself.

This is gonna work.

wow! what a difference! that's so motivational! i have the same belly probelem :( i guess it's time for us to get to those crunches before bikini season!

These photos are amazing! Congratulations!! And I have the same belly problem as you both!! It seems like we are all pretty similar in build/size. Sooo frustrating. My legs looked great when I weighed 150lbs (not complaining), but 15lbs down and I'm still not totally happy with my tummy :/

wow this is amazing, My body is porportion very diff than yours but it is amazing to see such a huge difference 60lbs will make! I cannot wait till I take off the 70 that I am trying to!

I love the photo motivation!! One day I'll have to do something like this, it's amazing to look at now. I know what you mean about always screwing it up on the weekends. I used to drink every single weekend and if that alone didn't screw it up so did the junk I would eat afterwards. So I decided to drop alcohol all together, it's been two and a half months and I have never felt more clear headed. I don't know that I'll never drink again but for now it has me feeling amazing. As for the junk food, I just eat a light breakfast and lunch. Burn 200-300 calories in the gym and allow myself something not so good for dinner or as a snack.
