I did fairly well at the birthday party. Resisted cake and ice cream and pizza which was the main meal! I ate 5 cocktail sixe meatballs in tomato sauce and some Polish kielbasa, For nibbling I ate about 2 oz cheddar cheese and about a half cup of cantoulope (actually the first fruit I have eaten in almost 4 weeks), it was delicious! Drank 4 bottles of water~
I was hungry on the way home. I was glad I had an Atkins bar in the car. Was able to control my eating at home with a grilled chicken salad!
I did lose a little weight today.
