I accept myself unconditionally right now!
OK...I have a lot of work to do to get myself healthy. I've let my body get too out of control in the past year and that won't do if I want to still stick around for a long time. Getting back on the horse for exercise, eating smaller portions of HEALTHY food, cutting eating out WAY BACK, and committing to cooking for my whole family. I have got to carve out time to get this accomplished and will be doing so by going in to work early and leaving by 2PM so I have time to shop, cook and exercise! No excuses...if I can do this for 30 days it will become a habit.
I am determined to do this; I am committed to the time it will take; and I will get this done!
