I accept myself unconditionally right now.
Wow! No more 7-Eleven quarter pound big bites for me! Just one without a bun is 360 calories all by itself. OUCH! I'd rather "spend" my calories on something else. I've been recording my blood 3 x daily like my doctor wants and have to go in for fasting blood work on Wednesday. UGH! AND have to have them take my readings from my blood meter. I had a low blood sugar attack and staggered out to the kitchen and stuffed my face with pumpkin flavored marshmallows and bitter sweet chocolate chips. Just a few of those and staggered back to bed. When I woke up this morning I found my glucose tablets and put them on my nightstand where I can find them. DOH! One of my challenges started today and it is lose 2.2 pounds a week for 10 weeks (I think that's what the length is anyway). Another challenge starts tomorrow.
I am determined to do this; I am committed to the time it will take; and I will get this done!
