Taking the day off of the gym today to go help out at my son's school. I'm not real happy about the break in routine, but I've convinced myself it's OK to do as tomorrow I'll be breaking a sweat with him at his birthday party, which we are having at a gymnastics school, and at the 5K that we are all running together.

Tomorrow is going to be a great and fit birthday for the big 7 year old.

I'll post about the race on Monday. Have a good weekend, all!

Yay, Happy Birthday to the big guy! Have fun at the 5K; that's great that you are all running it together. I'd get my friends to run with me, but they're always whining about having to lug their oxygen bottles around. Geez, isn't that what backpacks are for?
