Time to get started again. I really am bummed at myself for letting certain foods sneak back in to my diet. I hit that "just a little isn't going to hurt" mentality - and it did hurt. I have gained 12 pounds from my lowest weight. I really want to wear nice clothes and look good this summer. I started the Made to Crave series - I'm reading through the 21-day devotional for the 2nd time. I also bought a Food, Fitness, and Faith 21-day devotional that I started this morning. It has lots of Bible verses to help me through. I need to make changes everywhere - physical, mental and spiritual. I know I can lose weight - I've done it. I just need to get back on track.
