Day 2: Lost a pound yesterday. I know a lot of my weight gain is fluid from increased eating of starches (bread, crackers, pretzels). It was nice to get out and walk, but I'm going to have to figure out how to walk during lunch and not sweat so much. Maybe I should do a "moderate" stroll during lunch and do a vigorous walk before I go home. Won't be walking tonight - I have to run errands and get home. Usually I would have class - another reason walking on Tuesdays at work won't be possible - can't sweat then go to class. I'll have to do Tuesday's walk at home early in the morning.
