Awwww man, it's just one of those days....I didn't sleep well, hubby upset me last night. Now I have zero energy and I'm wallowing in self-pity (sheesh, buzz kill much?). I DID however get up to workout today and walked 2 miles instead of running like I had planned. I just didn't have it in me, so that means another walk tonight to equal the calories I had projected to burn today. Maybe that'll calm my nerves. Almost Friday, thank goodness....and that means 8 days to vacation!! Phew, hopefully I make it and don't maim anybody with kitchen shears before then....
PS, made zucchini brownies last night...and they are NOM NOM approved ;)

Find a way to enjoy that second walk today...make it purposeful for the mind as well as the body. Hang in there...vacation (and a break in routine) are just around the corner?!?!

Lol! we have all been there! and it usually doesn't end in maiming. Hang in there and the last few days before vacation are always the hardest to get past, but it is so worth it.
