New Challenge starts in two days. I think "eating clean" will help me to achieve my overall weight lose goal!!! I plan to get back on track by eating right and working. Being sick has really set me back!?!?!?

I'm a fan of eating clean myself. I've starting being more strict with it the last 2 months and am now down 18 pounds. I also feel better and have more energy. I love Tosca Reno's books on eating clean. Tons of recipes in them. Good luck!
