Met up with Sarah and Tommy at the gym. 10 mins warm up, 5 cool down on the treadmill. Did some wall squats, leg curls for the hamstrings, a machine for the obliques and then 3 sets of pyramids 1-5 with a 6.6 lb medicine ball for the obliques. Advil is going to be my friend but I feel good.

Hoping for dinner with my sons tonight and maybe a long walk on the trail sometime today if the rain holds off. I don't mind rain but the lightning...not so much. Might have to do it early tomorrow, we'll see. Have to get over to the grocery so I can make chicken and salad for my lunch. Have 1 more salad making in the fridge but no chicken. And that chicken was SO good :) Olive oil, Worcestershire, brown mustard, Italian seasoning as a marinade, broiled it since I don't have a grill and it came out beautiful. Once I'm in my house, I'll get a grill but for now I don't want to have to move it so I'll wait. Been without it for 3 years, I can do without it a couple more months.

TJ was too beat to go to dinner so I dropped him off his favorite sub and took Josh out. We ended up at McD's, I got the Ranch chicken salad and didn't even sneak a fry. Fed the boy, got some catching up done and brought him back to his place. Overall, a nice day so far. I thought about going to a movie but truthfully I'm kinda tired. I would like to get up tomorrow and hit the trail then shower before my massage at 9 but we'll see how fast I move in the am. Hoping to spend the day with Momma. Haven't seen her in a while...
