Weighed in this morning...sigh...I'm up 2 pounds. very discouraging to say the least. I've been having a lot of swelling in my feet and ankles so that could have something to do with the gain. Also I haven't been sleeping the best. I've decided to try cutting out carbs for a week to see if that will help with the weight loss. Why is this so tough?!?

If you have swelling, you know it's your gain. Swelling mean water retention and you know it will show on the scale. Hopefully, it will be gone soon. And yes it is tough. If it were easy, we would all be skinny, lol!

Isn't that the truth Suzi161...if only it was easy! lol! Starting today I'm giving up sugar...cold turkey and bread as well. I'm hoping this will help with the aches and pains in my joints.
