Been very tired lately, don't really know why!!!!

284.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better soon! If you just started the diet, that can have some effect on your energy levels. As you lose more, you should start gaining more energy.

Make sure you're eating enough too (adequate calories in the right protein/carb/fat/sodium split). Feel better, Vera
