Would you agree that the hardest part about weight loss is the patience you need to actually drop the weight? I've been working on my weight since Aug. 15th 2013 and its taken so much time to drop just a wee bit of lbs. But since I've found what is working for me, it's going by a little faster.. but boy, am I sure impatient!

YES! I have to keep reminding myself that it took me 20 years to gain this weight. The least I can do is give 10% of that time to sweat it off. I expect it will take 12-18 months to get to the goal; but 'Patience' has NEVER been my middle name! I think that first 40-50 lbs is the worse because seeing the result is so incredibly slow.
