today has been a hard day for me i feel that i have completely lost hope. i skipped breakfast today but for lunch i had 2 sandwiches from Mcdonalds and a small sprite to drink, i feel totally fat after that. i went to work on the tread climber for about 15 minutes and i danced after that a bit of hip hop and a bit of salsa combined and now i feel completely hopeless like i want to give up

Boy do I have my bad days yesterday I had a cheeseburger and fries and beat myself up bad then said to myself it's ok I have been good until then I will work it off tomorrow and that is what I did and I'm sure it won't be the last time I mess up but I'm not going to let it stop me please don't give up just keep going back and trying again you have nothing to loss but you :) *hugs*

i had a total cheat day, at first i felt guilty but tomorrow imma start fresh and go from there

DON'T EVER GIVE UP! You are so worth it!!! Tomorrow is a new and fresh day. Let yourself focus on the fact that you worked out, and not on what you did or didn't eat. You can do it :)

Don't feel too guilty...counterproductive. Read an article in EatingWell mag that guilt prevents you from making a quick recovery and getting back on the weight loss bandwagon. Tomorrow is another day so climb back on board with us!

Don't give up I had a horrid week too and it makes me not want to eat at all which would he the worst thing to do. Put it behind you and move forward you can do it!

You are going to make it. You just had a break, that is healthy to enjoy life. Just know you can do it. I know you can. You already did much so far.
