I gained about 25 pounds while having a fabulous time enjoying life with my late husband. While he looked great on the outside and ate healthy, his autopsy revealed serious cardiac problems that I did not know existed until he unexpectedly and peacefully died in his sleep 1 Nov. 2013. He wanted me to lose weight and after looking at funeral photos, I realize while I should have found this website and started losing weight years ago, but late is better than never. I also want to start to exercise more because I teach computer graphics and design at my local community college, I sit at my computer getting ready for classes and loving facebook way too much. My late husband and I met at a Widow and Widowers Club after I lost my previous husband. So I know life is very short but want to take better care of myself to find yet another good husband when I am ready and to stay around for my kids whom don't need more funerals in their lives.
