Today's Insanity workout is called cardio recovery. It sounds pleasant enough but we'll see! It feels like I pulled both of my calf muscles even though I realize such is not the case. I don't fully believe the values it put in for the garlic bread and lasgna from yesterday's supper. I'm pretty sure both are way more than that. I guess it is what it is.
