Started my 30-day ab challenge yesterday and completed the 345 abs. Barely breathing when I got thru but just the fact that I got thru the 3 sets made me feel good. Got up this morning and did them again (I have a doc appointment today so I wanted to make sure I got them in just incase I was too tired later) 28 more days to go...let's see what the results will be like.
