Yesterday was the toughest but most important day of my detox diet...all grapes the entire day :) Now I love grapes but for a whole day with nothing else hmmmm. But I got thru it and feel great this morning. The only thing was that I was too tired to get my abs in so I did them on the double this morning. So I am still on track with the 30 day ab challenge. Hopefully within a few weeks I can up the reps to the 5 instead of 3. Hanging in there though and I must say I feel better. Wish me luck :)
