I figured its about time I wrote an entry :) 2½ weeks into changing my life for the better and I'm not doing too bad. Down 8lbs with little or no workouts isn't too bad. Today I start another chapter in this challenge and including workouts and a 30 day ab and legs challenge. I also start a one week detox "diet" today so this should shake things up and get my body in a good direction. Breakfast today is pineapples, lunch grilled chicken with veg and tonight tuna with boil corn so let see how this goes.
