Cooking for most of the day: Crock pot Chicken, S.Beach "smashed" potatoes, Pomegranate/Grapefruit salad with toasted walnuts and freshly made pomegranate vinaigrette. Plan to make crock pot chicken noodle soup and S.Beach spinach/egg cups later in the week. It may not sound like a lot, but all that "sous" chef cutting can take some time. Sweew!
