Shellsbells 140's Journal, 06 February 2014

Ok! On to day 4.... one day at a time. Am happy with my first 3 days so far, I know it is a longer journey than 3 days but I need to get into good habits and be able to do this for weeks and months, but first I will take day by day.

Keep going! time flies and when you recognize, it will be past 3 weeks (I'm in my third week and still can't believe how fast it has been) you can make it!

Shells, getting into good habits IS the way to do it... good eating and exercise habits! Weave them BOTH into your day "one day at a time"... I started off "one day at a time" building those good habits and now I’m down almost 35# :) "ONE DAY AT A TIME"!

4 days is a great accomplishment! But, I think it is just the beginning of something big!
