I am doing OK, weight is going down. I have been working on my fourth book, it hopefully will be done by March, and it will be short. It is outlined. I am doing low carb. I am tired of winter - it is way too cold here.

Not in CA or Hawaii. I may move down to the South to get out of this. It was cold in Texas, but it warmed up the other day to the 70s in San Antonio area,I am thinking of going there in the late autumn or next winter.

BTW - Bren this is book 4 and it should be done by spring as it is not long.
