Amazing week, I began the C25K (couch to 5K) in 9 weeks. I have been able to maintain 6 days a week in the gym for the past 2 weeks. I am feeling better every day and can see the differences in my body. I am down one pant size and can now fit into my brand new size 40 waist jeans. Considering I was in a 44 when I started I would have to say that is not bad for a month. Looking forward to the next few weeks. Keep up the great work all.
