I had another good day diet wise at least...didn't do so good with no smoking, but at least I ate healthy and got some exercise in.

Just a suggestion on a way to help with not smoking...before you light up take a deep inhale for a 4 count, hold it for a 4 count, and release until no air is left in your body. And repeat about 5 times...but sit the first time you do it bc people can get really light headed. Then light up if you still want to...your lungs will veto on your behalf! Worked for me.
