Day 3 of the diet, the herbalife shakes aren't really "filling" and I've been having some stomach issues which I am told is normal, because of the whole clean out phase. it seems like i am having a lot of fat items in my diet instead of protein. I did a Richard Simmons workout and walked for about 30 min, my legs are killing me, mostly my knee which is normal i guess :/ dogs are tired too! lol ... timer will be going off in about 15 min for lunch -- not really hungry right now but i know as soon as i drink the shake then i will feel empty - if that makes sense -- been a good day so far, glad i have the day off don't get another day off till Monday .
