Found a lot of research on PCOS and what diets are best, Apparently I need to watch my Glycemic intake/load so will be looking up what foods are lowest in GI/GL ... I have found that I am getting used to the shakes, I didn't snack as much today in between shakes to curb the hunger. I'm starting to get headaches which I believe is from the caffeine withdraw and not getting enough water to fight that off, but on the plus side 10+ days without a soda, that has to be a good thing, its also been about 7 days without a sweet tea which I stopped drinking because I used splenda to sweeten it and apparently that isn't good for PCOS either. Did my normal afternoon walk today -- about 30 min -- and after I got out of work went on the treadmill did a mile under 15 minutes which is a first for me so that makes me feel good.
