I've only lost a small amount of weight, but I feel much smaller and less bloated. I had taken measurements when I started this, and this was the first time I've ever taken my measurements (mostly because I don't want to really know).

I was shocked. I've been doing some moderate activity--10,000 steps per day and three sets of reps per day using my flexible bands. Nothing at all like killing myself at the gym.

In one week:
I lost .75" in my waist, 1.25" in my hips, .75 in my thigh, and 1" in my arms!!!

I really can't believe it. I'm proud of myself for facing my measurements. Now I have this other measurement I can use to keep track of my progress, and my success.

It is amazing what difference a few pounds (and/or few inches) can make. Keep up the good work!

Exercise can really help. You can have two people be the same height, body type and weight and one may be a couple of sizes smaller than the other because they exercise. Strength training really helps with fat loss and building muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest the more weight you end up losing. So it's a win/win situation (of course diet is extremely important too). Great job!
