Just added up calories for breakfast..my modified breakfast. I had oatmel instead of an egg (fried). guess what..calories are over 900 for what I had..and its not even noon. No wonder.

You just need a few modifications. You'll get there. Give yourself a few weeks to work yourself into the new routine. It takes 21 days to form a new habit, and believe me, it works. Hugs!

Thankyou for that...appreciate it. It is weird to see what one really eats in a day. Calorie wise..I just never guessed it. Good luck to you.

To you too. If you use the tools on here and talk with the people who are being successful, you can pick up a lot of wisdom. They all keep me going, and that's no easy task. LOL. I'm sure you'll do well. Yell if you need a hug or a pat on the back.
