While Atkins sounds good (meat, cheese, etc) I gain weight when I do it. I miss foods. I binge. I get irritable. I have lost weight successfully only 2x's in my life. One on a diet I created that focused on lots of beans...but, it was really restricted and was easy for me at the time because the rest of my life was miserable, so it was my focus.And WW, which just worked, period. Now, I love my life...but food is so tied to my social encoutners..and we all cook really well often! And, we love wine. So WW has the flexibility to allow me to live and eat, without a massive deprivation. Its just a matter of getting focused and saying "game on". So here I am again, not beating myself up too much, but ready to reclaim my health so my life is open for what I want in the new Year!
