Day 3 of Juice fast: Today I made a Banana, Pineapple, OJ Fruit Smoothie I used Raw Coconut Sugar and Stevia to taste. For my veggie juice I used 3 pounds of Organic Carrots, 1 Organic head of Celery, 3 Organic Granny Smith Apples, 2" of Fresh Ginger, 4 cloves of Garlic, 2 Jalapeños deveined and deseeded, 1 C of Organic Parsley and 1 C of Organic Cilantro, 1 C of Grape Tomatoes, 1 T Organic Beet Powder, 1 T Organic Turmeric Powder. This made 64 ounces and I will drink as much as I need. Typically that is about 32 ounces. Enjoy!
