Had a good weekend controlling my calories. I didn't feel starved and lost some to boot. I can't wait to go to the Dr next week to see how much she says I lost this month. I know how much I have lost by my scale, but not sure how different hers is. Have a great week everyone and keep up the good work!

Hey, Sierra! I'm no doctor, but I think you're doing GREAT! Almost 20 pounds in about two weeks? That's FANTASTIC! Keep on going. Be proud of what you've accomplished in so short a time already. Remember, it took years to put on, and you're taking it off so much faster than it ever went on. Take care.
