Went out to dinner ... Randy got home from hunting .... then drinks and music ... Geez I really blew it ... ate over 3000 calories ..

Going to get back on the wagon again today ... but Seahawks at 1:00 ... and then we are going to dinner again.

Will try to do better ....

158.4 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
