What a day, had a wonderful evening out by the fire with friends. Passed out candy to trick or treaters. ( In my area, was delayed a day due to weather) Problem was I had a pig out on the candy and cocoa. Another problem, I pulled out one of my crowns on a flippin' toosie roll!!! Hope the crown isn't damaged and can be re-attached. BUT....if not....cha-ching.....more $$$$ on top of the medical bills that are piling up due to my up coming surgry. :( I am so pissed at myself!!! Not so much about the crown, but the fact I was such a hog tonight. I literally have made myself sick. At first I tried to do my hula hoop work out. 10 minutes into it I was in the bathroom. Down hill after that. Had a shower and feeling little better now, but I feel so bloated. I know I will pay big time for this on the scales. I am telling myself to try to catch an extra workout tomorrow. Here's to a better Saturday.

I can't lie I pigged out on the candy too, but now I'm not craving it. Maybe a year ago I cracked two of crowns eating chips.

Ohhh......I SO wish I didn't crave it!! I " disposed" of the rest of it this morning......:/ I should be more mindful about my dental work......but Nooooo.....it's all about the food!!! :/
