I feel like this cold weather is turning me into a hermit and it's only October. It's been so chilly and windy here, I just don't want to go out. I was going to skip on my Yoga class tonight but I really enjoy that class and really need to de stress a little today. That class seems to help me sleep better. Lately I keep waking up a few times at night, I fall back to sleep but wake up again. Kind of annoying. So with the lack of sleep and the cold weather combined, I'm feeling a little grumpy. I am looking forward to Halloween tomorrow. I love seeing all the little kids (and big ones) dressed up and so cute! And I won't have as much candy hanging around to nibble on. I'm off to yoga and know I will come home feeling better and relaxed.

Happy Halloween! We did yoga on my retreat & I'd forgotten how much I enjoy it, so know I must make an effort to do more! I can so relate to how the weather impacts our mood & energy, but hoping yoga can brighten my spirit & improve my energy this winter. Xoxox
