I seem to be struggling this week with my diet! I ate a slice of toast with my eggs this morning and I am having really bad cravings!!! I should never have gotten off the diet for the holiday. I am motivated, but it seems very difficult this week! I need to watch the weight though because I dont want to end up paying for it at work. :)

Don't get down! You can do it! I did look at your diet calendar. Your cholesterol intake is very SCAREY! Have you ever had your cholesterol checked? Are you eating 2 cups of eggs or 2 eggs? If you are actually eating 2 cups of eggs I would definitely change that. The fat intake in those 2 cups is ridiculous too! Based on a 2000 calorie diet, daily values of total fat is 65g and cholesterol is 300g. I had a few bad days myself. We all do it! Just have to get back on track. Goodluck!

I ate 2 scrambled eggs and toast. I am still trying to figure out the "diet calendar" part. :) I had my cholesterol checked about a year ago. It was good then...but who knows now. I probably should get it checked again.
