So this week started off real shady Sunday evening I was in so much pain in my hip that last 2 days until I went to ER. I was diagnosed w Sciatica which surprised me. But due to my pain and inability to walk I have not been working out. On topof not working out the night I was diagnosed w Sciatica I pigged out, donuts, Pringles, cheeze its, chocolate I was a emotional mess and we all know I am a emotional eater. So today w pain meds I was able to walk n I walked a long walk to make up for last night. I pray this doesn't take me out of the game, I was doing so well. The doctors told me don't stop exerciseing if I can so I won't. I need to meditate n have a serious conversation with this sciatic nerve and tell him to cut the crap lol. I need prayer
