Having another Bake Sale for the High Schooler's Missions Trip...so I will be in the kitchen all day today! OH MY! Pretty sure I will be sick of looking at food by Thursday...probably won't even want to eat! (nonetheless-cheat!) And really - who are we cheating? Hate that phrase! It's a choice. For me...and for you! I made my choices a long time ago...and I actually enjoy the way I eat. I feel good. I feel I look good. My energy is better than it's ever been. I exercise. I'm 'healthy'...by all medical accounts and standards... and I have surpassed my original goal. If there was a poster child for someone who could PLAN to go off of her plan...I think I would qualify...but I have zero desire to reignite all the carb-craziness that goes on inside me...no thanks, will definitely take a pass on that...just pass me more turkey...and I'm a happy camper! Love.
