I still continue to fight this fight and yet...it is still just as hard as taking that first step. No one said this journey would be easy...yet it seriously needs to be done. I don't want to get skinny...I want to get toned. I want to get healthy. So why is it so hard to keep motivated to do this?! Admittedly...there are days that I just give in to that laziness...that was last week and hence why I am starting this over. But during that week...I noticed something about my health...my blood pressure seems easier to manage when I work out regularly. *Sigh* This battle gets so tiring though. I need to keep pushing through. I can't give up. I HAVE to do this.
