Hmm... yesterday's calories were a teeny tiny bit high. BUT!!! Hubby now has a working truck back, my calories may be entered higher than what they actually were (it's hard to enter calories when you have a little man stealing your crusts), and well... it was 9pm and I was just getting home and I wasn't cooking. I did get a salad and that helped me from doing more damage than I did. So yay me! Anyways.. I'm not going to worry too much. I weighed in today and I saw a decent drop. My goal of 165 by the end of the month is looking more and more possible with each visit to the gym. 6.4 lbs in 4 weeks? I can so do that! I'm a master at losing weight. Ive probably lost 1,000 lbs in my life time. Sure I lost it then gained it back then lost it again but well.. I lost it. Now if I can just master keeping it off....
Today I'm the only member of my dept that managed to make it to work. So??? Instead of goofing off at my desk I will be goofing off at the gym. I LOVE having a gym where I work. I can take a little longer lunch. Get in 45 minutes or an hour instead of my usual 30 and make up for the fact that I can't find time to workout on the weekends. Well I could.. there is just something about seeing lil man curled up to take a nap that makes me want to join him. Or clean the house.. it all depends on which looks more tempting/annoying. Now if I can just get my eating on the weekends under control... I will be golden.

Great job! You can definitely hit 165 by the end of October!! That is so awesome that you have a gym at work. Last week and this week, I've just started getting back into a regular exercise routine after about a 3-4 week break and I forgot how much I enjoy exercising. It is a great stress reliever! I can't resist a nap with my little princess on the weekends! Last Friday I got home from work early and we curled up on the couch for an hour and a half, best nap ever!

Girl you make me laugh..having to weigh the pros and cons of cleaning house or taking a nap with your wee one...I guess my choice would be take a nap...the house work will wait on ya...being able to spend some time like that with your son will soon be gone..as you know...I also do soooo much better during the week... too many temptations on the weekends...as for instance this one..my sister and her DH are wanting to go to Cracker Barrel tonight for supper...but hey its been since 2008 when they were here last...They serve cod on Fridays...OH Yeah..gonna have me some of that...:O)

I love reading your journals - especially since you seem like the only one of us that is actually tracking and exercising lately. :) Keep up your great inspiration!!!
