Hmmm.. I feel hungry... but not for meat, salad, tuna ect. I think I have a sweet craving. Perhaps I should stop watching Food channels! It plays with my food emotions : )
The last few nights my stomach as been rumbling as I've been going to bed - my hubby kindly pointed this out! Guess it takes a little time for the body to adjust to not eating the bulk that carbs provide.
I'm going to make myself a cup of tea and read instead of drooling infront of the food channel

Good idea to stop watching those channels. Try eating something sour or salty if you want something sweet.
Before bed I have to eat or I wake up around 3am really really hungry LOL. I usually just mix up some eggs and cream for a bedtime omlette LOL

Lol I could see myself whipping up an omlette at 3am. Thanks for the salty/sour tip..it inspired me to delve into the kitchen cupboards where I've got some lime, soy, dressing which I'm going to dip some cucumber in! Glad I'm not the only one who gets a little hungry in the night hours Squiggly!

I too watch the food channel and last night was looking at the food magazines!! Ate a half of an Atkins dark chocolate coconut and some almonds and it helped! Also drank a glass of red wine, but am off induction so it was allowed!!!
