I love food, drink and chocolate.
Unfortunately from day 1 I've been curvy. At my slimest weight of 160lbs I was happy with my curves and little waist.
After 9 months of newley married bliss I've managed to become 200 lbs..my little waist is no longer my best feature and my hips, bum and thighs are growing at an alarming rate..eeek. As I am tall to top it off, I now feel cumbersome and 'elephantesque'
I want to get fit and get back to my happy weight of 160. I'm following the Atkins as it has worked for me on past weight loss missions. Look forward to reading everyones hints and tips
