Day 4 - Thank goodness it's Friday. Dentist appt resulted in no cavities. Yeah. (Been 1.5 yrs). Today's workout is P90x - legs and back, strength, and 3.4 miles. Which translates into 3.6 miles (.2 to cool down). To get caught up for this week, I've scheduled a workout for Saturday -- which I must be insane, but I will diligently work it out and succeed.
Today's Run: Bixby Bridge: 3.4 miles (will go 3.6)
Start 0. 10. 15. 20. 10. 8. 5. 3. 0. Manually change incline every half mile.

Saturday's Run: Seven Mile Bridge: 5 miles (will go 5.2)
Start: 1. 3. 2. -3. -10. 1. 2. 1. 0. 4. 1. 0. Manually change incline every half mile.

*Have enjoyed looking up images of the runs. Posted photos on FB.

DAY 3 RESULTS: Decided to do the Turbo Fire Low HIIT 20, then TF Stretch, then Trim the Trunk, then the 4.2 miles. Started to get a cold - my left eye ran all day long. (today is a no makeup day -- rare) So I was a little pooped to say the least! Slow and steady I made it through the 4.2 miles. And I slept well -- nearly unable to finish my supper. Nearly. I kept thinking I had totally put out the incline amounts I was doing and thought, what if someone else took me up on my offer to join me? What a disservice that would be to not complete my own goal.
