Well a week before I turn 50. Coming off summer pneumonia. Hadn't stepped on a scale in months. My walking program has been crap between work, coaching, and the weather. But the closer I've got towards 50, the more scared I've become about my weight. The only times I've had any success over the years losing weight is when I've kept a journal. Wish me luck. My last child is leaving for college, we are in the process of selling the house to downsize, and I am going to take a 7 month break from coaching. I have two Old English Sheepdog puppies who are going to keep me on my walking regimen, as soon as I knock out this mega cold.
