Okay, I did a 10 minute work out plus housework and a 30 minute walk today...the most active I've been in a long time. Perhaps that's why I screw the pooch when I got home tonight. My fiance had brownie mix made up .....just the mix...which we both love....I am only estimating I ate 5 servings but I didn't measure. I am not going to beat myself up but I did catch what I was doing and threw the rest of the mix away. Score for me. Why do the people we love do this crap? LOL! I love him although I could choke him for that stunt!

Good for you for the exercise and even better for realizing what you were doing and stopping! That is so awesome.. I wish I had that kind of strength.. you should be really proud of yourself.

Keep it up chick, you are doing great. Way to catch yourself before you really went too far. Being conscious of intake is a hard thing, so kudos I say!
